This is the blog of the youth at Christiania Lutheran Church in Lakeville, MN. It will be used for a number of things, namely logging our mission trips, sharing pictures, and staying in touch with each other. I, Elizabeth, the youth director, will be maintaining this blog with the hope of many guest appearances by different youth and adults along the way.
Here’s what’s coming up:
July 30, 2008- a group of 14 youth and adults leave for Tanzania, Africa where we will be visiting with and learning from the people at our partner parish in Iringa. We also plan to visit schools where our youth will spend time with kids their age. At the end of the trip, we’ll go on safari. As we’ve learned throughout our many months of planning, while we may have a detailed itinerary before we leave, it will all most likely change when we arrive in Tanzania. May God be with us as we travel, discover, and learn with each other!

Hey everyone. Sounds like you are having a blast. Cathleen and Abby I didn’t forget about you. My computer got some kind of virus that killed the mother board so had to go out and purchase a new one. Not Fun. Kris O called me today about camping on Labor day. She was able to schedule 4 sites in owatonna now we need to let her know if we are all going. Continue to have a blast and know that we are all thinking of you and keeping you in our prayers.
